Last year was marked by headwinds, high interest rates, massive deflation in lumber prices, difficult year-over-year comparisons, and—yes—sales declines. But these factors aren't going to prevent the industry from moving forward, nor will they prevent us from doing our job of getting the most accurate figures possible.
